Puppy training nearing completion

I went to the last-but-one puppy training session last night. Dad couldn’t get straight to the place – there were flashing blue lights, and he had to turn around and go a different way. As a result, we got there a bit late, but I was so excited to be there and see all my mates again.

Unfortunately, dad felt he needed to keep me tight on my lead, but I was only having fun.

I did well at the free play with my ball on a string, and the “leave it – take it” for treats. When it came time to do what they said was a recall, they let me off my lead. Well, what could I do, but run around seeing my mates?

Never mind.

YouTube videos

Yes, Tess couldn’t link in YouTube videos. I tried to help her, but we just couldn’t do it.

Anyway, I installed the :: EasyTube plugin ::, and it’s simplicity itself to link in the videos now. You simply type in a code word, followed by the video URL, and it’s done!

First video linked!

Hello! I’ve managed to link my first video into this blog. Take a look :: HERE ::. It looks all professional and everything! More to come, I hope. I did have to load a new plugin – whatever I did, following the ‘official’ method, it wouldn’t work.

I’m still growing, and getting better at running on the beach. They keep trying to get me to fetch a ball, but it gets boring after three or four times.

Today, they took my crate out to the garage, which means tonight I’m going to be a big girl, and sleep on my open bed all night! Well, maybe I will ;)

Lots of beach (and no videos, yet)

I’ve been on two lovely beach walks today. On the first, mum and dad took me up to the end of the beach, where I climb up the steps to the tower. However, they then turned around, and we walked back along the beach, and then up by the public toilets. By the time I got home, I was really tired!

My friend Adam the builder came to see me, and he gave me a nice stroke.

And then, at tea time, dad took me on a walk along the roads, but we were able to go on the beach almost in the dark! It was very exciting!

I’m trying to get my YouTube videos linked into this blog. No luck yet :(

Edit: I can do it now!
